This program provides families with a level of support that enables them to cope with various issues that are affecting their own personal development and that of their children.
It offers parenting strategies that are built on a strong parent education component aimed at developing confidence in their capacity to manage their family.

Beginning Teachers
Bootcamp (BTB)
The first few years of teaching can be an overwhelming experience for most teachers. More often than not, rookie teachers get too overwhelmed with the demands and responsibilities that come along with the teaching profession.

BTB is a capacity-building program that aims to address these concerns.
It involves various activities that can help new or beginning early childhood teachers successfully transition to the teaching profession.
Mentoring / Coaching
Speak Life
Mentoring Program
This mentoring / coaching program provides adults who work with young children opportunities for meaningful conversations through a one-on-one session with a mentor.

The goal of each session is to have an open dialogue where participants can freely share with a mentor about their experiences at home, in the workplace, or in life in general.
​
This mentoring program is built on a strong, trusting relationship between the mentee and the mentor.
